Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions

Terms: Bookings are from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.

Payment: Bookings will be accepted upon payment of a deposit of GB£50. Full payment for the holiday is due no later than 4 weeks before the commencement date of the holiday. All payments are due by valid debit or credit card.

Cancellation: The booking deposit is non-refundable. As long as written notice of cancellation is received no later than 4 weeks before commencement date of the holiday, you will not be liable to pay anything further. After this date, no refunds will be given unless we are able to obtain a replacement booking for the period in question. We will use reasonable efforts to obtain replacement bookings.

Availability: Should Twelve Glenmalure Pines not be available due to circumstances beyond our control (such as acts of god, fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, legislation, national emergencies, destruction of or damage to the property and all similar situations) we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accommodation. In this event, all sums will be returned to you in full but you will have no further claim against us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Damage: We accept that a reasonable amount of wear and tear will occur. However, we reserve the right to debit your debit or credit card, if any articles are found to be missing or broken.

Owners: We will not be liable for any loss or damage to you (save where arising as a result of our negligence) or your belongings. The mountainous location of the property unfortunately makes it unsuitable for disabled visitors. There are approximately 20 steps down to the property.

Pets: are welcome but please bring your own pet bedding. We would appreciate if you do not allow pets on the furniture or in the bathrooms. Should additional cleaning be required because of pets, this will be charged extra.

Web Site and information booklet: The information given on this web site and in the information booklet at the house is given in good faith. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies.

Complaints All complaints should be sent in writing to Twelve Glenmlaure Pines, 18 Dove's Yard, Islington, London N1 0HQ. Complaints will be acknowledged within five working days. We will seek to handle complaints in a fair manner within one month and will keep you informed of progress at all times.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
