Glenmalure Pines is situated between Greenan and Glenmalure in County Wicklow, Ireland, an hour south of the city of Dublin. It is forty-five minutes from the port of Dun Laoghaire and an hour and a half from Dublin international airport Glenmalure Pines is situated in a breathtaking, secluded and majestic blind valley. The Glenmalure Valley is the largest glacial valley in Ireland or Great Britain. On its western flank stands the highest peak in the Wicklow mountains - Lugnaquilla. Glenmalure Pines has superb views up and down this valley with its magnificent collection of rivers, streams and forests. The lodge sits in a small development within Glenmalure golfing Club, a relatively new challenging 18-hole golfing course, beautifully laid out by its enthusiastic members. It has a warm and welcoming clubhouse including bar and restaurant. It is also within reach of twenty further golfing courses in county Wicklow and many more in the Greater Dublin area.
